The 13th anniversary of 9/11/2001 was yesterday.  Everyone remembers where they were and what they were doing on that day when they heard the tragic news.  In 2006 on the 5th anniversary of 9/11, I wrote an article for the Newsletter of the Alaska Society of Outdoor and Nature Photographers (ASONP), of which I was and remain a member.  I'd like to share with you where I was that morning.  If you're interested, you may read the article by clicking on the following link:
